Anything that will not be stored in your home permanently. These are usually the items that end up landing on the back of a chair, the door knob or floor if there is no other place to place things. I usually advise for this area to live in the garage or closest to the door you enter & exit through.
If you enter your garage I recommend something like this to catch everything:
that way your entrance can be more decorative like this:
But if you enter through the front door I recommend function over aesthetics. This means you will want lots of matching Bins for things like scarves, gloves, hats etc….
Humidify your living space, to relieve stress, and bury unpleasant smells like cigarette smoke, pet odors, and dirty laundry. This allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life with soothing aromatherapy.
A High Capacity Oil Diffuser is an ideal way to add moist, comfortable air to your Home, Office, Spa, Yoga ,Bedroom, Hotel rooms and even workplace cubicles and so on. They are also a great way to freshen your space with a healthy option of a ” smell good” scent to have in the air. This one has a wood-like grain design with warm color. Continuously run time of 15 hrs with 600ml water capacity. This is the 3rd Version.
This unit works well in a open concept space. It runs long enough for the aroma to linger & soak into everything in the space. Oils usually take from 20 to 30 minutes to enter your bloodstream. Inhaling such great properties has been known to be mood changing and anxiety calming. This unit can be used on a daily basis to continuously clean the air. Due to its size it is portable and can be moved around. I recommend wiping out the interior of the unit when switching to a different oil or blend.
Because Im trying to keep toxins out of our household I am purging anything toxic. These are products I recommend because I’ve used them in my own home as well as for clients & think they are great.

I was feeling under the weather and ran across a few different Blog’s discussing why I should be practicing Aromatherapy by diffusing the best Essential Oils I can afford.
Originally, I thought this oil was just to make your home smell fragrant which creates an inviting ambience.
As I continued to research I realized that these oils had way more value than just making the space smell good.
So I then started this journey of why I need Essential oils in my life.
Essential oils have been used for their physical and mental therapeutic properties, since the 12th century. Distilled from raw plant matter, essential oils are still as relevant and effective today for treating respiratory ailments like asthma and chesty coughs; skin conditions such as eczema and relieving stress and anxiety.
Not only do they deliver great health benefits, their fragrant aromas make them a pleasure to use in daily life.
To sum it all up. Essential Oils help us stay healthier by….
~De-stressing and Relaxing~
~Purifying the air~
~Boosting Your Immune System~
Diffusion is the release of essential oil particles into the air where they can be inhaled and absorbed.
So my next question was how much will this cost for me to do on a regular basis. I discovered that these oils are not cheap.
Depending on the brand you can pay very little or a lot. I looked over a few brands and was unsure. I wanted the better quality oils but I didn’t wish to break the bank purchasing all these oils that I new very little about.
Im currently using the Now & doTerra brand oils in my diffuser’s.
That’s because I can buy the Now brand oils at my local HEB Store & I received the do-Terra from someone I know.
I recognize that I like diffusing the oils because I can go about my day and still get the effects of the oils because their in the air. You can use the oils topically (on your skin) as well as adding drops to your food & drinking water but I don’t know enough about that for me to feel comfortable doing so…
I’ll stick with the diffuser for now.
I own multiple Diffusers….and so far Im loving them. I’d like to have these in every room in my house including the bathrooms.
If you have a favorite Diffuser and would to share how its working for you please let me know. I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Update Dec 1st, 2017: The above Diffuser is my favorite. I love that it runs so long.
Operating time: Up to 3 hours / Coverage area: 250 Sq. Ft. I paid $30 when I purchased mine.
It takes 150 ml/5 ounces of water and runs for about 7-8 hours.
My daughters Room:
The same one in my office is in my daughters room:
I paid $30 for mine. I found it at @Walgreens around Christmas time. Operating time: Up to 3 hours / Coverage area: 250 Sq. Ft.
I still need to purchase diffusers for other spaces in our home. Im conducting research to ensure I get one that will work well in no matter where it is. As an example… my bathroom diffusers will have to be one that does not plug in. There isn’t a plug in actual toilet area which is where I would like it to be. Only in the actual bathroom counter sink area.
I follow a few different blogging websites but here are my favorites.
The next one is awesome. It shows the comparison of several brands.
