Updated Terms & Conditions for Dallas Organizer LLC

By booking services with Dallas Organizer LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure transparency, efficiency, and fairness for both our team and our clients.

1. Reservation Policies

1.1 Deposit & Booking Confirmation

  • A $500 deposit is required to reserve your session.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Deposits must be paid in full by 5 PM the day before your appointment to confirm your session.

  • If the deposit is not received in full by 5 PM the day prior, your session will be canceled, and organizers will not be dispatched to your home.

Example: If your appointment is scheduled for Friday, your deposit must be paid in full by Thursday at 5 PM.

1.2 Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients are allowed to reschedule up to two (2) times only.

  • If you reschedule more than twice, all fees paid will be forfeited and will not be applied to future appointments.

  • Any future appointments after two reschedules will require full payment upfront at the time of booking.

1.3 Client Readiness & Supply Requirements

  • Clients must be prepared for their appointment to ensure project completion.

  • If necessary supplies are not on-site, your session may be rescheduled at our discretion.

  • Any delays caused by client unpreparedness may result in additional charges or appointment cancellation.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary supplies, including but not limited to storage bins, labels, shelving, and any agreed-upon materials, are on-site before the session begins. If supplies are missing or unavailable, Dallas Organizer LLC reserves the right to reschedule or charge additional fees for lost time and delays.

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Invoice Due Date & Payment Methods

  • All invoices are due in full by the end of the service day.

  • Payments must be made by cash, debit card, credit card, or Zelle.

  • Invoices will be sent via email, and clients can pay online via debit card, credit card, or ACH transfer.

  • To avoid processing fees, clients may choose to pay via Zelle.

  • All payments must be made by 5 PM the day before the scheduled session.

2.2 Late Payment Policy

  • If payment is not received by the end of the service day, the client will be contacted directly the following day at 12:00 PM (noon) to request payment.

  • If payment is not received by 12:00 PM on the second day, a $50 late fee will be applied.

  • An additional $50 late fee will be applied every subsequent day that payment remains outstanding, up to a maximum of 7 days ($350 in total late fees).

  • If payment remains unpaid after 7 full days, Dallas Organizer LLC will file a claim in Small Claims Court for all unpaid fees, including services rendered and any associated costs.

2.3 Legal & Administrative Fees for Non-Payment

  • If legal action is required to recover unpaid balances, an additional $250 administrative fee will be added to the total amount due.

  • This fee covers court costs and administrative expenses incurred for processing claims.

  • Clients will also be responsible for any legal fees, collection costs, and interest accrued in the process of recovering outstanding balances.

  • Failure to pay for services rendered may result in collection efforts, legal action, and reporting to credit bureaus. Clients agree to reimburse Dallas Organizer LLC for all costs associated with collection efforts, including but not limited to legal fees, court fees, and collection agency fees.

3. Auto-Pay & Payment Processing Policy

3.1 Auto-Pay Responsibility

  • Clients who enable auto-pay through our payment system are responsible for managing their payment settings.

  • If an automatic payment is processed due to client-enabled auto-pay settings, it is the client’s responsibility to disable the feature or contact their bank for assistance.

  • Dallas Organizer LLC cannot cancel or reverse auto-pay transactions on behalf of clients.

3.2 Chargeback & Unauthorized Payments Policy

  • Chargebacks or unauthorized payment reversals will be treated as unpaid invoices and subject to late fees and collection procedures.

  • If a client initiates a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with us, they will be responsible for a $100 administrative fee plus any legal or bank fees incurred.

  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action and report delinquent accounts to credit bureaus if necessary.

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication with Dallas Organizer LLC will result in the immediate suspension of all current and future services. Chargebacks initiated after services have been rendered will not be considered valid, as payment is collected at the completion of the service. Clients who file chargebacks without cause may be reported to collections and credit bureaus, and legal action may be pursued to recover outstanding balances.

4. Client Responsibility for Access & Delays

4.1 Timely Access to Premises

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has access to the premises at the agreed-upon start time.

  • If our team arrives and is unable to enter due to client absence or lack of access, clients will be billed for any waiting time at the agreed hourly rate.

  • If our team waits for more than 30 minutes without access, the session may be rescheduled at our discretion, and the client will still be responsible for payment.

4.2 Service Completion & Work Hours

  • Billable time begins when the organizers walk into your home and ends when they walk out the door.

  • The last 15 minutes of the session is reserved for wrapping up and scheduling future sessions.

  • For virtual sessions, billable time begins once the screen view opens. Time is billed in 30-minute increments.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, log in to your account or text 214-715-6223 by 5 PM the day before your scheduled session.

  • If you do not receive a message confirming receipt of the cancellation, DO NOT assume it was received.Please send another text or call 214-715-6223 for confirmation. If you cancel outside the listed time you can either reschedule your appointment (2 times only) or forfeit your non refundable $500 deposit.

  • Cancellation requests must be acknowledged with a written confirmation from Dallas Organizer LLC. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 hours, it is your responsibility to follow up via call or text to ensure it was received.

5.2 Cancellation & Reschedule Limitations

  • If a client reschedules twice, all future sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Frequent cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients and negatively affect our scheduling availability. We ask that clients honor their appointments as a priority.

6. Things to Know

  • Becoming organized is a process and a lifestyle change. Do not expect everything to be completed in one day.

  • Habit changes and sacrifices may be necessary to maintain an organized home.

  • Once your space has been sorted, purged, contained, and organized, you and your family members must put in the effort to maintain it.

  • These policies are subject to change without notice.

7. Legal Disclosures & Consumer Protection

  • Dallas Organizer LLC operates in compliance with Texas consumer protection laws.

  • Service providers are entitled to payment for services rendered, and all clients agree to these terms before booking.

  • Any attempt to withhold payment, initiate fraudulent disputes, or file baseless claims may be subject to legal action.

8. Defamation & False Statements Policy


Dallas Organizer LLC values its reputation and the integrity of its services. Clients agree that any false, misleading, or defamatory statements—whether posted in online reviews, social media, or shared publicly—may be subject to legal action for defamation, slander, or libel. Should false claims be made against Dallas Organizer LLC or its employees, the company reserves the right to pursue a defamation lawsuit in a court of law.

By booking a service with Dallas Organizer LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.

These policies are legally binding and apply to all clients.
