Check out this project we worked on today. This client renovated her bathroom to remove the tub, & popcorn ceiling & add needed storage.
This is where we started. Builder Grade counter with outdated garden tub and no storage.

The original goal was to organize the bathroom & figure out how to make the space work for the client.
After we determine what her needs were I recommended that she do what she really wanted, which was to remove the unwanted & add what the space needed to be more functional & look amazing at the same time.
Not to mention bring more value to the home and make it more desirable to potential buyers since it been fully upgraded.
Todays progress happened in 5 hours. The goal was to get her room in order for her to sleep comfortably since enduring a dusty two week renovation. The space was less than inviting but after 5 hours of work we sorted everything to be stored in the bathroom & bedroom.
Since her newly created bathroom shelves are freshly painted & white I decided to line them so
all the shelves will be protected for the longterm with

Our next step... is to line the shelves & select storage baskets for the space. These pieces will be the permanent storage for the items being kept. The existing clear bins will allow the client to see whats being stored but can look chaotic & messy but because there are no doors on this area, Id recommend storing the contents in pretty textured baskets. This will make the space look professionally decorated & easily accessible for daily use.

This plan will make things easy to find & easy put back....
While sourcing these products the cleaner will go in and clean all surfaces.
So when we go back we can contain & label everything so that it can be placed in its its permanent home.

The 60" counter still has plastic & instructions in the interior. Once it’s professionally cleaned I will line the interior areas to protect the surface areas and then install all the product.
