Nike, Adidas, Puma or any other shoe hurt my feet so bad due to the lack of cushioning on the bottoms of my feet I have simply given up on trying to wear them. I’ve contemplated creating my own shoe line because I understand the process of ruining your feet in your 20's & or 30's.
Knowing what I know now…. (knocking on 50 years old) I recommend you take care of your feet because you only get one pair & how easy they can be damaged, making your life so much harder.
I remember going out with my friends, wearing some of the cutest heels or boots ever. This was the unwritten rule for women, right? Pain is expected when you want to be cute.
